"Grappa di Arneis" Distilleria Montanaro

Montanaro Distillery's "Arneis Grappa," a classic white grappa made from pure Arneis grape pomace, stands out with the pronounced floral and herbaceous fragrance typical of the originating grape variety, exploding on the palate from the very first sip. This grappa is remarkably pleasant, persistent, and easy to enjoy.

The distillation process, using copper pot stills and double-column demethylation, follows the classic Montanaro method, with a resting period in steel. It boasts a fresh and herbaceous aroma, highly intense, and a full, explosive, clean, and fruity taste. Transparent, clear, and crystalline, it offers an explosive and intense flavor typical of the originating grape, very fresh and vegetal.
