Fins Ara 2019 Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos
Fins Ara 2019 is a Spanish white wine produced by Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos using natural methods. It is made from 100% Parellada grapes, a white grape variety typical of the region of Catalonia in Spain, which produces fresh and drinkable white wines.
The terroir of this area is rich in limestone and very alkaline, which gives the grapes great minerality. Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos is a producer who is very careful to follow sustainable principles that respect the environment and the grapes, which is why, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, interventions and the use of chemicals are kept to a minimum.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with 30% macerating in contact with the skins for 3 days, followed by ageing in large casks for 1 month and then steel for 4 months. The Fins Ara 2019 is a white wine that expresses fruity and floral aromas of hawthorn, pear and delicate notes of honey, for a very fresh, light and drinkable sip.

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation with 30% macerating in contact with the skins for 3 days, ageing in large barrels for 1 month and then in stainless steel for 4 months. Not filtered, not clarified and without added sulphur.
