Dolcetto d'Alba Russ 2020 is a Piedmontese red wine produced by Azienda Agricola F.lli Manera. It is a fresh and pleasant wine that goes well with everyday meals thanks to its pleasantness of drinking, smoothness and dynamism with food pairings.

Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed with alcoholic fermentation in thermo-conditioned steel tanks for about 20 days at 15° to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Afterwards the wine ages for two months in steel tanks and one month in bottle.

Ruby red in color with violet hues, Dolcetto d'Alba Russ di Manera expresses delicious fruity notes on the nose for a balanced, crisp and smooth sip.
