Cascina Fontana's Dolcetto 2021 is a sincere and frank red wine with an intense nose and a 'natural' vocation. A wine that is unsurpassed 'gastronomically' speaking.
Although the wine is straightforward and 'undemanding', it enjoys a certain elegance and austerity and is the fruit of the choices of Michele Fontana, a vigneron with a marked oenological talent.

Cascina Fontana produces this Dolcetto 2021 from vines with an average age of over 55 years.
Spontaneous fermentation in steel, little sulphur dioxide (20 mg/l) and a natural approach in general are the important foundations that Michele Fontana uses to apply his oenological talent.
A sincere, frank, fruity wine with an intense nose and gastronomically unsurpassable.
The perfect pairing could be with bagna cauda or alternatively with cured meats, but actually first courses and appetisers are perfect with this wine in the glass.
Another important element of this Dolcetto from Cascina Fontana is its versatility, it can bring together the most refined palates with those who approach 'real' wines.
In short, a Dolcetto of the highest level, one of the best.
Cascina Fontana is a family-run winery located near Alba, in the heart of the Langhe region in Piedmont. Mario Fontana, following the teachings of his grandfather, produces wines according to natural methods, territorial and authentic bottles.
