Chardonnay Cuvée Fleur 2018 Domaine Labet

Domaine Labet's 2018 Chardonnay Cuvée Fleur is a sulfite-free natural wine produced in the Jura by the Labet family. It is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay , from vines planted in 1975 and 2007 from the terroirs of Cret, Chalasse, Bardette, on soil mainly composed of marls and blue clays from the Lias. It ferments spontaneously and ages for 27 months in 228 liters wooden casks. It is a Chardonnay with a strong personality and a complex aromatic spectrum, well suited for aging.
