Champagne Or Premier Cru 2010 Gaston Chiquet

Champagne Or Premier Cru 2010 is a fine Champagne produced by Gaston Chiquet. It is made from the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards cultivated in the fine Premier Cru vineyards of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil sur Aÿ. The fermentations take place separately for each individual parcel. The base wines are aged in wood for 3 months, while the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a minimum of 48 months resting on the lees. In the glass it shows a brilliant golden yellow colour, with very fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is elegant and complex where oxidative scents prevail accompanied by aromas of dried fruit, ripe yellow fruit and hints of bread crust. The taste is full-bodied and persistent, characterised by a fine balance between body and fresh, savoury finish.
