Champagne Les Hauts Chardonnay Emmanuel Brochet

Les Hauts Chardonnay is a fine Champagne produced by Emmanuel Brochet. Obtained from the refermentation in the bottle of only Chardonnay grapes, grown in the highest parcel of Mont Benoît, in the Champagne region, it is a Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs which ages in prestigious and very high-class wood, to be collected or drunk on occasions important. It has a bright golden color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and complex, where hints of fruit and delicate flowers are recognized, together with spicy aromas and notes of butter and yeast, which follow and mix in a harmonious bouquet. The sip is deep and infinite. It goes well with shellfish and structured fish dishes, which support its body and persistence.
