Champagne L'Ineffable Special Club 2014 is a fine wine produced by Mouzon Leroux. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown according to strict biodynamic principles in full respect of the terroir, from the Grand Cru vineyards of the commune of Verzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The vinification of the base wines takes place in oak barrels, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method with a stay on the lees for 48 months, and a final dosage of 2.5 g/l. This vintage Champagne shows an intense straw yellow colour in the glass and a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. It expresses on the nose an intense and deep bouquet of red berries, citrus fruits, honey, nougat and yeast, while the sip is well balanced between richness and structure, freshness, tension and minerality.
