Chambertin Grand cru 2014 is a fine wine produced by the Domaine Tortochot. The grapes come from a small Grand cru parcel that runs alongside Chambertin, which gives life to amazing wines with great elegance; to this is added the fact that Tortochot's Chambertin Grand Grand cru is a natural wine with no added sulphites, produced with total respect for the terroir. It shows a beautiful ruby red color, while the nose expresses a fruity bouquet of red currants, raspberries and hints of undergrowth. In the mouth it is balanced between fruity aromas and elegant minerality, for a long and fresh sip.

Domaine Tortochot is located in Gevrey-Chambertin, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Brigitte and Chantal Tortochot guide the reins of the company with the utmost respect for the traditions of Burgundy: low yields, organic farming is practised in the vineyard where the only fertilisers given to the soil are biodynamic preparations. Harvesting is manual, fermentation is spontaneous and the wines are aged in 100% new barriques for the Grands Crus, 50% for the Premier Cru and 25% for the Villages for a period of 15 to 18 months. The wines of the domaine Tortochot are products of the highest quality from prestigious terroirs.
