Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore 2019 is a natural rosé wine produced by Praesidium. It is produced according to natural methods, obtained by Montepulciano grapes vinified in rosé, ferments in steel tanks where it rests for some months. Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC, produced by Praesidium winery, is a crisp and mineral rose, easy to drink and very dynamic in the matching. The wine shows a beautiful and intense cherry red color. The nose expresses floral aromas of wild rose and red berried fruits, such as pomegranate, strawberry and black cherry, followed by light mineral notes. The sip is crisp, slightly sapid and with a fruity finish.

PRAESIDIUM

Praesidium is a family owned Abruzzo winery owned by the Pasquale family, established in 1988 and located in Prezza, Abruzzo, in a valley particularly suited for the cultivation of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. The winery spreads on five hectares of vineyards cultivated in an ideal microclimate and according to organic farming principles inspired to traditional farming methods.
