The company produces classic and territorial wines, faithful expressions not only of a historic vineyard, the one in Via Canalicchio, but also and above all of the vintage in which they were born. The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2010 stands out for its warmth, complexity and richness. A great Brunello that expresses an intense ruby red colour, on the nose it expresses all the beauty that distinguishes the Brunellos of Il Paradiso di Manfredi thanks to delicious notes of sweet tobacco, liquorice and mineral salts that blend perfectly with the mouth-watering fruit: cherries, jammy marasca cherries open up to an enveloping, fresh and very persistent sip. VINIFICATION: Destemming, crushing, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 25 days in 25-50 hl glass-lined cement vats. Devatting, decanting with natural clarification and ageing on the fine lees in 10 hl Slavonian oak casks for 36 months.
