Bourgogne Blanc 2021 Domaine Lou Dumont - Koji Nakada
Bourgogne Blanc 2021 is a white wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Lou Dumont-Nakada. It is a Bourgogne Blanc characterised by excellent value for money, produced with a focus on seeking the highest quality and minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the cellar. The must is fermented in barrels at a low temperature, and the wine matures for 17 months in 30% new French oak barrels (from the Jupilles forest) plus one month in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This Bourhogne Blanc 2020 shows up in the glass with a bright and clear straw yellow colour. The nose offers delicate notes of white flowers and fruit aromas, followed by stone, vanilla and toast, while the mouthfeel is of ripe yellow fruit and butter for a round, velvety texture with good persistence.
