Bourgogne Aligote 2018 is a white wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Bruno Clair. It is made from 100% Aligote, a white grape native of Bourgogne that Bruno wanted to valorize together with Chardonnay, and that comes from two parcels of land for a total of 0.3844 hectares in Marsannay, from vineyards which are about sixty years old and stand on a mainly rocky soil. This Aligoté from Domaine Bruno Clair is a well structured and complex white wine having good crispness and sapidity. With a luminous straw yellow color, it has a characteristic bouquet made of floral and vegetal aromas as well as citrus notes. The sip, as mentioned above, has a nice acidity and a salty touch.
