Barbera d'Alba 2021 Paolo Scavino
The Barbera d'Alba 2021 produced by Paolo Scavino is a red wine from Piedmont whose grapes come from vineyards in areas particularly suited to the growth of the Barbera vine.
Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery where fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, where it then matures for 6 months until it is deemed ready to be bottled.
The Barbera d'Alba of the Paolo Scavino winery shows a typically ruby red colour to the eye. The nose expresses fruity, floral and spicy scents, the sip is full-bodied, balanced, silky and elegant.
