Barbera d'Alba 2020 di Olek Bondonio
Olek Bondonio's Barbera d'Alba 2020 is a Piedmontese red wine produced by the new artisanal face of the Langa. The talented and passionate Olek uses no chemicals, his wines ferment spontaneously and he does not perform any filtering at bottling.
His Barbera is a simple wine on the surface, in reality endowed with great character, energy and vivacity. The grapes come from a 30-year-old vineyard managed biodynamically. It ferments spontaneously in cement vats and matures for 10 months in large barrels.
Olek Bondonio's Barbera d'Alba 2020 shows a vivid ruby red colour to the eye. The nose expresses fruity aromas of raspberry and wild strawberries with balsamic and mineral notes. The sip is very fresh and tannic, two elements that give great energy to the wine.

VINIFICATION: fermented with only indigenous yeasts in cement casks, it undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and matures in large wooden barrels for 10 months, without any filtration at bottling.
