Description

One of the most beautiful cru in Barbaresco, the Montestefano, from which fine and elegant wines are obtained.

Barbaresco traditional and classic bike, of great longevity.

Maceration for 4 weeks, spontaneous fermentation and aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for at least 2 years. A further year of waiting before marketing. Natural vinification, only a little sulphurous at bottling.
