Arbois Pupillin "Jurassique" from Domaine de La Renardiere is an exemplary Jura Chardonnay named after the ancient blue marl soils of the region. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo traditional pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine then matures in barrels for 10 to 16 months, adding further elegance and structure, complemented by roundness and smoothness.
