Pineau d'Aunis in purity. Rose, chinotto and earth nose. It is elegant and direct, fresh and vertical, immediate and long. Maceration with the stems in an open vat for a fortnight. Drained and aged for a year in old 228 liter barriques. Decanted and bottled. Zero sulfites added.
Renaud Guettier is a young vigneron of Loire, visionary and non-conformist who decided to make wine from old vineyards of Chenin Blanc, Groleau, Gamay and Pinot d'Aunis, all autochthonous vines of the region. His production follows principles of biodynamic agriculture, few interventions and long aging in old wood, in order to obtain authentic and territorial bottles.
