Are all the wines on grandibottiglie always available?
All the products are usually available in our cellar. Rarely more users can buy a product at the same time. However, if an item is missing, we will contact you to modify the order placed, in order to help you buying one or more alternative products, or to cancel the order.
Am I supposed to subscribe to the website in order to purchase an item?

Can I cancel an order after having placed it?
You can always cancel any order at any time without problems, as long as it is before shipping. In order to cancel the order please contact us as soon as possible specifying the order to cancel, your name, surname, and a phone number. If the request of cancellation is made when the order has already been processed, shipping cannot be interrupted. In this case, you can always apply the right of withdrawal.
Can I apply the right of withdrawal?
Of course. All the purchases on Grandibottiglie.com are subject to the Law 206 of 2005, which guarantees right of withdrawal..
How can I pay on Grandibottiglie?
All payments are absolutely sure and safe. There are two methods of payment:
• Credit card: through Paypal you can use your Mastercard or Visa Credit card.
• Paypal: direct payment on Paypal website.

I have placed an order, but the payment with credit card did not work. Why? What shall I do to complete the purchase?
In order to understand why the payment by credit card did not work, we advise to call your bank or the credit card institute (for example Visa or Mastercard). In order to complete the purchase you can change method of payment and choose the bank transfer. For any questions, please contact us.
Do I have to send the receipt of bank transfer made to Grandibottiglie?
No it is not necessary that you send us the receipt. We will send you confirmation of processed order after having received the payment..
How much time does it take for Grandibottiglie to receive the payment?
It usually takes 3-5 working days. As soon as we receive payment, we ship the items and send you confirmation by email.
How can I ask for the invoice?
If you have subscribed, once we have received the payment you will find the invoice of your purchase in your reserved area in pdf format. If you have not subscribed you will find the invoice inside the parcel.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Parcels ordered with standard shipping will be delivered in 3-5 working days in Europe. Usually one week in the rest of the world. We will send you an e-mail to inform you about shipping.
Is shipping of wine bottles safe?
Of course. Shipping is made with safe packing specifically made to ship wine and, for further safety, they are insured in case of breaking, theft or loss.
How much does it cost to ship with Grandibottiglie?
The shipping cost varies from country to country according to the total weight. When you have the summary of your shopping cart and you insert the country the system will show you the shipping cost. For any information please contact us at email@example.com.
What shall I do when my order is delivered?
You should check that number and type of parcel correspond to your purchase and that parcels are not open, or damaged. If everything is positive, you can sign the courier receipt and accept the parcel. If you receive a very damaged parcel, please accept only not damaged parcels, and refuse damaged ones: we will take the damaged parcels back, substitute them and ship you the new ones. If we have run out of items which were damaged, we will contact you to propose you something else or alternatively we will reimburse the paid amount.
What happens if nobody is home at delivery?
Usually the courier leaves a document which explains that he has passed once and he will try again the delivery twice more.

If you are a professional or you have a restaurant, we advise you to contact us before the purchase by phone or to send us an email at email@example.com, in order to receive specific price lists.
Buying and shipping a gift with Grandibottiglie
If you want to ship a gift with Grandibottiglie you can choose a different shipping address and specify in the choice of card with the sentence you want. Obviously we will not send the invoice to the person receiving the gift. The person who placed the order will have the possibility to download the invoice in the reserved area.
What are the Discount Cards or Voucher?
Discount Cards or Voucher are codes which allow clients to have discounts on products and/or services. They are given by Grandibottiglie to loyal customers and sometimes, when the promotion is on, also when a new client subscribes.
How can I suggest the items purchased to somebody else?
