Solar expression and direct of the natural amphitheater exposed to the South which is called Valle di Mezzane. Vineyards of 25 years planted on a mountain of very hard white limestone. Vinification in steel, indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, SO2 only at bottling and quantity declared on the label. A class newcomer in the Verona area.
Monte Caro is a 5 hectares (12 acres) winery in Valpolicella, where the typical vineyards of the area such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and some Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated. In a very particular terroir the vines are managed according to organic methods, for the production of authentic wines and faithful to the territory.
