Description

Sancerre La Grande Cote 2018 Pascal Cotat

Sancerre La Grande Cote 2018 is a fine French wine from the Loire Valley produced by Pascal Cotat. It is made from pure Sauvignon blanc from 60-year-old vines on a very steep slope, where the soil is rich in clay and gives this wine a more buttery texture, despite the classic Sancerre aromatic profile, with pleasant and delicate fruity and floral notes. It shows a luminous straw-yellow color, while on the nose it expresses a subtle bouquet of green apple, white flowers, mineral salts. The sip is very fresh and persistent, with floral references.

DENOMINATION: Sancerre AOC

REGION: Loire Valley (France)

GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

VINIFICATION: aging in old 600 lt barrels
