It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, an autochthonous white grape variety characteristic of the Sancerre area that comes from a new selection of different parcels of the Domaine, cultivated according to principles of biodynamic and natural agriculture. Even in the cellar, as little as possible is done, for the production of limited refined, fresh and very precise bottles. Francois Crochet Sancerre Blanc Le Petit Chemarin is a wine that expresses a tasty bouquet of ripe exotic fruits and mineral salts; a full, balanced and persistent sip.
