Saint Romain 2019 is a fine white wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Taupenot Merme. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the village of Saint Romain, from vineyards located between 280 and 400 metres above sea level, on limestone marl soils and a clay base. This wine, true to the type of Chardonnay whites from the village of Saint-Romain, reveals aromas of lime, vanilla, white flowers, citrus fruits and minerals. We find this minerality in the mouth, which reveals the sweetness of age for a smooth and refreshing taste and many mineral nuances. Its aftertaste is exquisite and delicate.
