Roero Arneis Metodo Classico Soelì is a fine classic method sparkling wine produced by the Lanzarotti winery. Made from pure Arneis grapes, re-fermented in the bottle according to the dictates of the classic method, it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The wine remained on the lees before disgorging, enriching the bouquet with floral and fruity scents, together with aromas of yeast and pastry. The sip confirms the pleasantness typical of Arneis, dry, fairly full-bodied, with an enveloping bubble. Peach, apple and broom are recognisable and blend in a delicate bouquet. This Roero Arneis Metodo Classico Soelì goes perfectly with aperitifs and light vegetable dishes typical of our Roero lands.
