The Paul Gosset company has very ancient origins dating back to the sixteenth century, but it is only in the early 1900s that we begin with the registration of Champagne.

After several generations, it was Paul Gosset, just 25, who gave the company a new imprint, young and innovative based on respect for the environment.

With the help of his father Michael, Paul manages 3.5 hectares of land divided into 4 different parcels characterized by different terroirs: in Ay, 1,34 hectares of Pinot Noir are grown, in Mareuil-sur-Ay 1.2 hectares of Pinot Noir, 0.3 of Chardonnay and 0.12 of Meunier, to Dizy 0.40 of Pinot Noir and Chouilly 0.2 hectares of Chardonnay.

All fermentation takes place spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts, and 70% of the vinifications take place in Flut de Chene of different ages and sizes.
