Patrick Jasmin is the fourth generation of a winemaking family deeply rooted in Côte-Rôtie, one of the Northern Rhône’s most prestigious appellations. The estate spans approximately 6 hectares, spread across 11 parcels located in the hills around Ampuis and Tupin-et-Semons. The vineyards rest on diverse soils of mica schist, gneiss, clay, and sandy limestone.

Jasmin follows the region’s traditional blend of 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier, grown with sustainable methods and harvested by hand. In the cellar, winemaking remains classic: fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging for 18–24 months in a mix of barriques and demi-muids, with limited use of new oak to maintain freshness and precision.
