The wines of Valentina are born in Apricena in Capitanata in soils literally "embraced" by the Gargano, the terroir is fundamental when it comes to wine and the vineyards of Valentina have "settled" in an ideal territory 200 meters above sea level caressed by the wind blowing from the sea on soils "loose, dry and poor". The production is organic and pays particular attention to the rhythms of nature, soils are processed following the astral cycles, as our grandparents did.
