Natural Wines of Marina Palusci winery, precious evo oil and natural wines of pure intensity, an organic and biodynamic farm in the heart of Abruzzo of small fractionations of vineyards cultivated for family use, fractionations such as to have kept away in time the mass viticulture in favor of artisanal wine making.
In 2009 the winery began producing natural Montepulciano wine, opening the doors to a vocation that has never been abandoned: the preservation of the territory, the identity of the terroir and the wines through biodynamic agriculture, with little interventionism and 100% natural winemaking. Today the winery has just 4.5 hectares cultivated with Passerina, Montepulciano and Pecorino, which gives life to the magnificent natural wine "Senzaniente" whose name speaks for itself.
In the vineyard only manual activities, grassing between the rows is natural and helped in its strengthening by organic and biodynamic compost, copper and sulfur.
In the cellar no intervention, no sulfur dioxide, no additives, only spontaneous fermentation and natural yeasts. The natural wines of the Marina Palusci winery come from a tradition linked to the love for the territory, for its identity, for the exaltation of the qualities, flavors and scents that the terroir of Abruzzo can give to its wines.
