Fallet-Crouzet is a small, family-run Champagne house based in Avize, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Founded in the 1960s by Michel Fallet, it is now run by his daughters, who carry on the family’s winemaking heritage with passion and precision.

The estate focuses exclusively on crafting Blanc de Blancs Champagne from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. Many of the vines are over 70 years old, adding depth and character to the wines.

With a strictly artisanal approach and a limited annual production of around 30,000 bottles, Fallet-Crouzet offers elegant, mineral-driven Champagnes that showcase the purity and finesse of the Côte des Blancs terroir. These are some of the finest examples of Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
