Domaine de La Touraize is a historic family-run estate in Arbois, the heart of the Jura wine region. The Morin family has cultivated vines here since 1704, and today, André-Jean and Héléana Morin carry on the legacy with passion and independence. Since 2009, the domaine vinifies its own grapes, producing wines that reflect both tradition and terroir.

The estate spans 13 hectares across prestigious plots like Les Corvées, Curoulet, Sur la Côte, and La Touraize, all farmed organically. They grow all five native Jura grape varieties: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir. Some vines are over 80 years old, and the vineyards are tended with respect for biodiversity, using only copper and sulfur treatments.

In the cellar, the approach is minimal-intervention: wild yeast fermentations, no chaptalisation, and aging in stainless steel, oak, concrete, or amphora, depending on the wine. The result is a range of elegant, vibrant wines that tell the story of Jura through freshness, depth, and finesse.
