Pinot Nero Vigne Tzeriat 2018 Grosjean

The 2018 Pinot Noir Vigne Tzeriat is a fine wine produced by Grosjean. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the Tzeriat vineyard, located at 800 metres above sea level and exposed to the south/southwest.

The Valle d'Aosta is the Italian region best suited to producing this noble and delicate grape variety, which grows on vines at an altitude of between 600 and 800 m, enjoying excellent exposure and good temperature variations. Grosjean's 2018 Pinot Noir Vigne Tzeriat is garnet red in colour, while the nose releases fruity aromas such as wild berries, spicy and toasty hints.

The taste is tannic and fresh, with a nice balance and length where the spice of the nose returns. Aged in barriques of third and fourth passage.
