Moscato d'Asti 2024 from Sant'Anna dei Bricchetti
Moscato d'Asti 2024 from Sant'Anna dei Bricchetti is a refined and authentic interpretation of 100% Moscato grapes, grown on calcareous-clay soils facing south/southeast at 250 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested in early September, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C, which creates the wine’s naturally fine perlage. The fermentation is stopped at 5% alcohol by chilling, preserving freshness and sweetness.
In the glass, it shows a brilliant straw yellow color with golden hues and a persistent, fine perlage. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe Moscato grapes and delicate sage. On the palate, it is fresh and slightly savory, with a pleasant balance between sugars and acidity.
Best served at 8–10°C, it pairs beautifully with fruit tarts, hazelnut cakes, stuffed peaches, and classic Piedmontese desserts.
