Meursault 1er cru Goutte D'Or 2015 Buisson Charles
Meursault 1er cru Goutte D'Or 2015 is a fine French wine produced by Buisson Charles company. This label is one of the spearheads of the production due to its richness, elegance and great aging potential. It is made from grapes from the hamlet of La Goutte d’Or from a vineyard of about 5 hectares of vineyards over 35 years old, for a total production of just 60,000 bottles. The harvest is manual and the grapes, after a careful selection of the best bunches, vinify in new barrels at 25% -30%. The vineyard is exposed to the east with an excellent exposure that allows the optimal ripening of the bunches. The nose expresses all its elegance with hints of white flowers, yellow fruit such as peach and golden apples and a delicate spiciness. In the mouth we find the sweet fruit with a great softness that turns towards flavor. Powerful structure and extreme finesse for this Meursault 1er Cru which despite being enjoyed in youth, will give its best after a few years (up to 10-15 years) of rest in the cellar.
