Franciacorta Saten 2013 Bellavista
The Franciacorta Satèn Millesimato by Bellavista is a benchmark for finesse and creaminess, crafted only in exceptional vintages from the finest Chardonnay grapes. Satèn, a unique style of Franciacorta, is characterized by lower bottle pressure (below 5 atmospheres), resulting in a silky, velvety mousse.
Bellavista’s interpretation is masterful: a careful vinification process, partly in oak, followed by over 48 months of aging on the lees, lends the wine exceptional depth and a rich, elegant profile.
In the glass, it displays a soft golden hue with an extremely fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals floral notes, lemon zest, yellow fruits, roasted hazelnuts, and light honey. On the palate, it’s creamy, delicate, and balanced, with a lingering finish of pastry and almond.
An ideal sparkling wine for sophisticated aperitifs, elegant meals or refined celebrations.
