Chorey-Les-Beaune 2021 is a Burgundy red wine produced by Domaine Petit Roy using biodynamic methods. The 100% Pinot Noir grapes from which it is made macerate on the skins, and the wine is aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. An excellent Pinot Noir, this Chorey-Les-Beaune 2021 from Domaine Petit Roy, medium-bodied and soft in drinkability, offering density and very ripe dark fruit, mineral salts, balsamic and vegetal notes, delicately accompanied by hints of tobacco. On the palate, it shows not too much acidity, as well as minerality, two characteristics that normally shine in Petit-Roy wines.
