Chianti Classico Magnum 2019 San Giusto a Rentennano
Chianti Classico 2019 is a Tuscan red wine produced by San Giusto a Rentennano. It is the label that best expresses the Chianti terroir expressed through the winery's style: it is a red wine characterised by a beautiful complexity and a precise aromatic profile. Ruby red in colour with garnet highlights, it expresses a nose of ripe red fruit against a background of spicy notes, for a lively, fresh and soft sip with great personality. The Sangiovese grapes come from the southern part of the Chianti Classico zone, the vines growing at an altitude of 270 metres above sea level, enjoying excellent exposure and a climate that offers considerable temperature variations. Vinification and work in the vineyard follow principles of certified organic agriculture, to obtain authentic and expressive wines.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo
VINIFICATION: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats with maceration for 14 days, ageing in barriques for 10 months, then 6 months in bottles.
