Cuvée Emile is available only in a limited edition of 996 bottles.

The bottle number is indicated on each label. This Blanc de Blancs from 100% chardonnay is not dosed, resulting in a clear, mineral champagne of the highest quality.

The musts are obtained exclusively from the first pressing.

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel. Vinification is carried out with partial use of malolactic fermentation.
