Champagne 1er Cru Le Mont Des Chretiens 2014 Frederic Savart

"Le Mont Des Chretiens" 1er Cru is a fine Champagne produced by Savart. Blanc de Blancs made from pure Chardonnay grapes from the Reims Mountains area, vinified in wood for 10 months and refines 3 years in bottle on the lees, expressing in a pure way the character of the Chardonnay of this area, fresh and vertical. This vintage Champagne shows a bright golden yellow color in the glass, with a complex nose of flowers, citrus and yellow fruit, yeast and dried fruit. The mouth is intense and creamy, with a fresh finish and mineral memories.
