SELOSSE

Jaques Selosse is a Champagne guru who distinguishes himself for his unique style, characterized by the search for oxidation, which translates into the pushing ripening of the grapes and long pauses on the yeasts plus the use of the Soleras method for blending the base wines. Selosse is a reference for independent winemakers, distinguishing itself from the great commercial Maisons for the quality of its Champagne.
