Dany Fevre's Champagne Brut "Terre En Haut" Blanc de Noirs is produced using sustainable methods that respect the terroir, in accordance with the company's philosophy. The Maison Dany Fèvre is small in size but capable of producing Champagne of great value, with Pinot Noir as the absolute protagonist of the range.

The same applies to this cuvée, made precisely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Dany Fèvre's Brut Blanc de Noirs "Terre En Haut" Champagne has a luminous straw yellow colour, crossed by a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose expresses an intense bouquet combining aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as plum with notes of bread crust, yeast and pastry. The sip is full, well-structured but balanced by a fresh finish. It has an excellent taste-olfactory persistence.
