Champagne Grand Cru Avize e Cramant 2015 Marguet
Champagne Grand Cru Avize and Cramant 2015 is a fine Champagne produced by Marguet. This AOC Champagne from Marguet Pére & Fils is made from pure chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Cramant in the Cote de Blancs.
It is produced in limited quantities, in fact only 900 bottles of this wine are produced each year. It is a fresh and pleasant blanc des blancs that is not dosed, and this allows it to express in an even stronger way the terroir of origin.
After a second fermentation in the bottle, following the dictates of the Champenoise method, it is aged in the cellar for two years. It has a luminous straw yellow colour with golden hues, while the nose expresses fruity and herbaceous scents. The taste is very fresh, dry and slightly sapid in the finish.
