RAVENEAU

The Chablis of Raveneau are at the top of the classification of the denomination, so much so as to have led some great connoisseurs to suggest that they deserve a separate Denomination of Controlled Origin. These Chablis are famous for their longevity and for the complexity of the aromas that are released after at least 8 or 10 years of aging.
