Chablis 2019 Domaine Barat 

Chablis 2019 is Domaine Barat's entry-level wine, which nevertheless has great personality, freshness and beautiful minerality. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes growing on calcareous clay soils, planted on Kimmeridgian marl, which Domaine Barat cultivates in a sustainable manner with great respect for nature. This 2019 Chablis shows a beautiful bright straw yellow colour in the glass, while the nose offers a bouquet of yellow fruit such as peach and apricot, spicy notes and mineral touches. The sip is balanced between structure and freshness, with an interesting savoury finish.

The Domaine Barat vineyard comprises 22 hectares on calcareous clay soils, planted on Kimmeridgian marl, where only Chardonnay is grown.
