Domaine de la Chappe, managed by Vincent Thomas in Tonnerre, northern Burgundy, is a diversified farm with organic viticulture, cereal cultivation, and pig farming. Spanning 6 hectares, it produces 12 cuvées, many sulfite-free, primarily using Aligoté and Chardonnay.

Established in 2003, the estate is one of the few practicing natural viticulture in the recently created AOC Tonnerre (2006).

Vincent combines tradition and innovation, crafting fresh, round, and floral wines that reflect the unique terroir of Tonnerre.
