Description

Bourgogne Blanc 2016 Domaine Roulot

Bourgogne Blanc 2016 is a fine French wine produced by Domaine Roulot. It is made from Chardonnay which comes from the Cote de Beaune, the indissolved homeland of the white wines of Burgundy based on this grape variety, in particular the grapes derive in equal proportions from the vineyards of Puligny - Montrachet and Mersault. The Domaine Roulot has always adopted an organic approach in the vineyard, up until the transition to biodynamic agriculture in 2000. In the cellar 15% of new wood is used to give harmony and silkiness to the wine. This Bourgogne Blanc 2016 shows a beautiful straw yellow color with warm reflections; the nose is fruity and floral, typical of the grape variety in this area; in the mouth it is straight, very pleasant and drinkable.
