Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2019 Domaine Bruno Clair

Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2019 is a fine Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Bruno Clair, made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Grand Cru vineyard of the same name in the commune of Morey st Denis. Bruno Clair follows organic farming principles for every stage of its production, and the grapes grow on clay and limestone soils. The harvest is done by hand, with careful selection of the grapes, after which the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2019 Domaine Bruno Clair has an intense ruby red colour, while the nose expresses mouth-watering aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, plum, liquorice, leather and mineral notes. The sip is structured, it takes up the scents of red fruits and spices that we had perceived on the nose, it is light but with a tannin well present and a nice savoury finish.
