Arbois Chardonnay "Les Bruyères" 2021 Domaine Tissot

Arbois Chardonnay Les Bruyeres 2021 is a white wine from Jura produced by Domaine Tissot. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are gently pressed, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, and then ages in oak barrels on the fine lees for about a year. This Arbois Chardonnay "Les Bruyères", from domaine André et Mireille Tissot, shows an intense straw yellow color; the aromatic profile is very intense and expressive, composed by delicate floral and fruity notes, followed by spicy nuances, hints of yellow apple, gingerbread, toasted almonds and mineral salts. The taste is sapid and crisp, balanced by a good structure.
