Franciacorta Alma Cuvée Bellavista
The Franciacorta Alma Cuvée is the flagship of Bellavista, a wine that perfectly reflects the philosophy of the winery and the character of the Franciacorta region. It is a sophisticated blend of Chardonnay (mainly), Pinot Noir and a small percentage of Pinot Blanc, selected from over 60 vineyard parcels located in the most prestigious areas of Franciacorta. Some of these are fermented in small oak barrels, enriching the complexity and depth of the final cuvée.
Aged for at least 30 months on the lees, this sparkling wine reveals a delicate and persistent mousse, with a bright straw yellow color and golden highlights.
The bouquet is elegant and generous: white flowers like hawthorn and orange blossom open up to citrusy notes, ripe yellow fruits, toasted hazelnuts, yeast, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it’s fresh, structured and harmonious, with a long, mineral and savory finish that lingers with finesse.
