Dolcetto Colombe 2019 Renato Ratti
Langhe Dolcetto Colombe 2019 is a red wine from Piedmont produced by Renato Ratti. It is a medium-bodied everyday wine with moderate alcohol content and great freshness, suitable to accompany any course. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 28°C in stainless steel tanks, with maceration for 5 days and malolactic fermentation which takes place in November, after which the wine remains in steel for a few months of refinement. Ruby red in colour with purple highlights, it has an intense bouquet mainly of ripe cherries and plums. The taste is very fresh, balanced with a nice tannin and a bitterish aftertaste.
