Valpolicella Montecurto 2020 Marco Mosconi
Here is the ideal bottle to enter in Marco Mosconi's world: Valpolicella Montecurto is the label that tells us in the simplest and most straightforward way the terroir of Valpolicella. It is obtained from a careful selection of the best corvina, corvinone, rondinella grapes owned by the winery.
The grapes are pressed and left to ferment in contact with the skins for about 20 days, while the refinement takes place in steel for about six months in contact with the yeasts.
The wine shows a lively ruby red color with purple hues, while the nose has fruity aromas of plum and cherry as well as spicy notes. The taste is fresh, fruity and pretty persistent.
